Easter Egg Hunt 2011
My work-friend, RaKell, gave me the greatest idea for an Easter Egg Hunt for Eli! We made a scavenger hunt for eggs, with pictures inside showing him where to go next.
The first egg was on the footrest in his bedroom ...
... with this picture inside:
Eli knew exactly where to go. Oh, I know! But it had to be a place he recognized!
He got right there, and found the second egg ...
He got a good look at the picture clue ...
At this point things were getting really exciting!
But it was time for a snack before going on:
Eli got the next clue ...
... this picture ...
... and ran up the stairs ...
... to Mommy's shoes in the kitchen ...
... and then to Little Brownie ...
... where he got the last clue ...
... and found his Easter basket!
Toys, toys, toys!

What a cool idea for Easter egg hunting AND what a smart kid for being able to follow a scavenger hunt. I totally want Eli on my team when we go on Survivor. Oh yea never mind I don't like the wild much. How about checkers?
