Corn!

He is half Iowan so it's not really surprising, but Eli loves corn. And bologna sandwiches. Anyhoo ...

He was a little skeptical at first:

 So true to his Wisco heritage, he had to have a drink to help him decide. Or muster courage.

 And of course he just had to look cute for a while, too. Scrunchy smile!

 But then he got down to business.

 Right at the last minute he got a little scared ...

 ... but in the end he decided: Delicious!

P.S. This silly shirt (that I got a Kid-to-Kid for $1!) is called Eli's "party shirt." It's the "blue party shirt," not to be confused with the "other party shirt," which is brown. It's hilarious. The girls at his school thought I was bribing him by buying him a "potty shirt" when he started using his potty chair, but it was really just a case of Eli (mis)pronunciation! Ha! Ha!
